The IUSTI-Europe 2022 Conference will be held in hybrid format. This will allow attendees to participate in-person or online through a dedicated IUSTI-E virtual conference platform.
We rely primarily on the face-to-face participation of the South Caucasus countries (Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan) representatives, as well as a number of delegates from other countries.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE REGISTRATION FEE?
For in-person participation, the fee above gives you access to both, the in-person conference and the virtual conference platform.
At the in-person conference
1. Admission to all scientific sessions, exhibition, poster session and networking mixer;
2. Coffee Breaks/Lunch;
3. Congress Bag with numerous Congress Documents;
Virtual Conference Platform
1. Access to interactive online live-streamed sessions through the virtual conference platform;
2. Access to recorded on-demand sessions through the virtual conference platform until 3 months after the conference
3. Accesss to digital posters;
4. Access through the virtual platform to corporate satellites or sponsor content, if available.
If you opt for an online-only participation, you will have access only to the virtual conference platform with the services listed above.
Payment of registration fees, must be made in EURO through one of the following options:
Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa
Bank Transfer to the conference organisers’ bank account. The option to select bank transfer as your preferred payment method will only be available until Sept. 19, 2022. After this day, only credit card payments are accepted. If we have not received your bank transfer payment by Sept. 19, 2022, we cannot guarantee access to the venue or virtual conference platform.
On-site payments can also be made in cash.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the Registration Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) according to the following policy:
1. In case of cancellation of participation before Sept. 01 2022 registration fees will be refunded deducting handling fee of 50 EU per person. After this date, there will be no refund whatsoever;
2. Name changes will be charged with 25 EU per registration;
3. Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing;
4. All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the event. Bank charges may be deducted.
To avoid the spread of COVID-19 and to guarantee a safe conference for our delegates and industry partners, the conference organizers will strictly follow the rules stated at the time as issued by the Georgian authorities. In addition, the conference organizers have the right to implement even stricter regulations.
For the duration of the conference, any legal regulations in force at the time of the event shall apply. Prior to the conference, the relevant regulations will be published on the conference website in accordance with the governmental decrees. With your registration and participation in the conference, you engage to comply with the applicable regulations.
Please note, that regulations can change at short notice so please be sure to visit our conference website frequently. Please be aware that travel regulations may differ from country to country. Inform yourself about travel restrictions on the official websites of the embassy or consulate in your country.
